Returning Students
- Log in to your ParentVUE account and complete the Online Registration
Incoming 9th Grade Students Coming from our feeder schools
- Log in to your ParentVUE account and complete the Online Registration
- Upload Proof of Residency-Due to social distancing guidelines, we cannot accept paper documents at this time.
New Students to APS
- Start by going to the APS Enrollment website
- Create ParentVUE account and complete Online Registration
- All new students must upload proof of residency, birth certificate and immunization records- Due to social distancing guidelines, we cannot accept paper documents at this time
Transfer Students
- Go to APS Student Transfers website
- Complete application
- Transfers are handled by the District. Contact 505-855-9050 for assistance

ParentVue Assistance
- Go to the APS ParentVUE/StudentVUE website
- Forgot Password? Use the forgot password option in your ParentVUE account

Required Documents to Establish Residency
- A deed or mortgage payment receipt, dated within 60 days of enrollment
- A current property tax bill, current lease or housing agreement
- A current PNM or Gas bill, dated within 60 days of enrollment
Additional Documents to Include in the Online Registration
- Immunization Record
- All students enrolled in APS must have updated vaccination records
- Previous school’s address and phone number
- Custodial documentation (if applicable)
