Registration

2020-2021 New Student Registration

Students who are new to La Cueva must attend a New Student Registration. This is where staff will verify your address, verify that you have you completed the online registration process and you will meet with a Counselor to discuss course selection.

WE ARE UNABLE TO SCHEDULE REGISTRATION DATES AT THIS TIME DUE TO THE CURRENT SCHOOL CLOSURE.

Please check back often. We will schedule dates as soon as possible.

ONLINE REGISTRATION

Prior to meeting with a counselor during registration you will need to CREATE or LOG IN to your ParentVue account and complete the Online Registration. This can be done from you home computer. We also provide computer access at the school. To complete Online Registration go to APS Online Registration.

During the Online Registration process, you will be asked to upload the following documents:

  • Proof of Residency-Current PNM bill, Lease or Purchase Agreement
  • Transcripts with grades
  • Immunization Records
  • Birth Certificate

If applicable, please bring in your student’s IEP or 504 documents.

Online Registration

At the beginning of every school year and when a student changes schools, a parent/guardian must complete the online registration process.  APS has made this a lot easier by automating the process through ParentVUE. This online process reduces paperwork and in turn should save time.

The online registration process will open on March 4th for the 2019-20 academic year. To start the process go to the APS Online Registration page.

During the online registration process, you will be asked to upload copies of the following:

   

 

 

  • Proof of Residency-Current PNM bill, Lease or Purchase Agreement, or Transfer Acceptance Letter
  • Transcripts with grades
  • Immunization Records
  • Birth Certificate
