SBA Science Exam - Monday, March 13th

All juniors will be taking the SBA Science on Monday, March 13th.  This exam is a graduation requirement and it is very important that students are in attendance on Monday.  This year the test is computer based.  Students need to make sure they can log in to StudentVUE before Monday as this is how they will access the exam on Monday.  If there are issues with logging in, students need to stop by the Counseling Office before Monday to regain access.

A list has been posted outside the Activities Office showing which testing room the students have been assigned to. On Monday, students will report directly to their testing rooms, so it is important for them to look at this list before Monday morning.

As always, make sure they get a good night’s sleep, eat a good breakfast and dress in layers so they are comfortable during the test.

Get Ready to Apply Presentation Information

Thank you to all the parents and students who attended my presentation on February 28, 2017.  As promised here is the PowerPoint and handouts that will be helpful to all of you throughout the rest of this semester, the summer and the beginning of the senior year.

One reminder, please make sure you/your student is signed up to take the ACT or SAT in March or April.  They can also take the exam(s) in June but if they wait until September or October we sometimes don't get scores back in time to meet some admissions and scholarship deadlines.  To sign up for the exams visit http://www.actstudent.org/ for the ACT or https://collegereadiness.collegeboard.org/sat/register for the SAT.
